RETURNS & REFUNDS
Every piece is designed with precision and purpose, grounded in quality and longevity. If your purchase is not suitable, return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns will be confirmed directly by our team with further instructions.
Returns must be shipped within this 30-day period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.
To ensure your return is processed correctly, all return requests must be submitted via email prior to shipment and will be managed directly by our customer support team.
Returns sent to our warehouse without prior approval via email will not be accepted for processing. This also applies to parcels sent using independently arranged courier services not coordinated through our support team. In such cases, the parcel may be refused or returned to sender.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear, including socks
- Fragrances without original sealed packaging
- Final sale items
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
Bundles & Promotional Offers
Bundle or multipack items may be returned only if the complete set is returned, including all individual items and original packaging. Individual items from a bundle cannot be refunded separately.
Items purchased as part of 1+1 or 2+1 promotional campaigns are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a different size or item is required, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on location and chosen courier. For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes or related charges are the responsibility of the sender.
If Fast & Insured Shipping was selected at checkout, this service fee is non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Return costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually and the appropriate resolution will be provided.
